This week I have not been able to repair the roof of our school because there was no one. They are all busy with their own work because now is the time to work in the plantations. So I will wait until they have finish their work then I will tell them to fix the roof of our school. At the moment the school is a little better because it did not rain so much, even if there is it is only a little. But even that, sometimes it will get wet too. I did not keep the books and stationaries in our school; instead I leave them all at home. When I want to teach using the materials then I will bring it. The situation around our school is also in a very bad condition. The grass surrounding our school is long since there is no petrol to give to the person cutting the grass.

This week, I only taught nine person. Four of them are still sick. I taught my students according to the work sheets that has been provided. Our students now can count. At first they did not recognize the alphabet at all, but now can get to know a little bit and can write on their own. With this we will work more diligently to get better.


Minggu ini saya belum dapat orang lagi untuk membaiki bumbung sekolah kami kerana tidak ada orang yang boleh menolong. Mereka semua sibuk dengan kerja mereka sendiri sebab sekarang masa untuk bekerja di ladang. Jadi saya tunggu sehingga kerja mereka sudah habis nanti baru saya akan suruh mereka baiki bumbung untuk sekolah kami. Buat masa ini sekolah kami baik sikit kerana hujan pun tak turun, kalau ada pun sikit sahaja. Namun sekolah kami pun basah juga. Saya tidak simpan barang-barang sokolah di dewan. Saya simpan di rumah sahaja. Bila saya nak mengajar baru saya bawa. Keadaan di sekeliling dewan kami juga sangat teruk. Rumput-rumput dekat sekolah itu sudah panjang kerana tidak ada minyak untuk orang yang memotong rumput.

Minggu ini, saya hanya mengajar 9 orang sahaja. Empat orang masih sakit. Saya mengajar anak murid saya mengikut kertas yang telah di sediakan. Anak murid saya sekarang boleh kira. Pada mulanya mereka tidak mengenal huruf langsung tetapi sekarang boleh mengenal sikit-sikit dan boleh menulis sendiri. Dengan ini kami akan berusaha dengan lebih rajin lagi untuk menjadi lebih baik.
